Idea maker
“Why not hold an evening event in each of the 10 districts over the course of two weeks? ” Posters, flyers and email adverts enabled us to attract an average of 30 people per session, belonging to all generations and walks of life. Inspired by the Sense Fiction method developed by the organisation Make sense, and based on the principle of “solutions for problems”, the Idea Maker method immerses participants in an atmosphere of co-creation, reveals shared interests and generates many project ideas.
These evenings gave rise to about one-hundred projects, which were posted on the online platform. Workshop participants enjoyed the opportunity for discussion and cooperation. More than just creating projects, these workshops were a genuine example of citizen engagement. We are all makers
“That evening we were all committed to improving our district. It was an event filled with encounters, discussion and ideas! ”
