Think in “Place du Miroir”
But then how to define a collaborative vision and adequate projects for “Place du miroir” ?
We then decide to organize, the TID Programm : “Think” the area by revealing its identity, and defining a marketing strategy ; “Innovate” in situ proposing a participative approach, and “Develop” projects that fit with the local environment.
A group of research was organized with local actors (retailers, citizens, private experts and public agents) and different methods for research, positioning and cocreation were developed.
Few months of deep understanding of the area, its usage and its sensibility.
As a result, a study was written highlighting the potential of the district. Moreover, the local active community was able to speak and defend its neighborhood more than ever.
A new local and constructive cohesion was finally seen there.
" I have been leaving in the area since I was born. The funny thing is that i learnt new anecdotes of my district. I am quite proud of having helped to reveal the identity of "Place du Miroir", and hopefully for my kids, to have iniciated a new future " !
